On a total of 260 m², the spa houses an exclusive wellness area with three massage rooms, sauna, gym and pool. The various care products in the spa are from Susanne Kaufmann.

Susanne Kaufmann believes in the power of plants and the natural active ingredients they provide. The most effective parts of the plants are used as main ingredients in the care line. To extract the ingredients from the plants, only gentle cold pressing is used in the manufacturing process. All products are developed and tested with a complex formula. Bottled in the highest concentrations to achieve the best results and provide the skin with the best possible care.

Spa Etiquette

Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to register. If you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened out of consideration for the next customer.

Health conditions
When making your booking please advise us of any health conditions and any medication you are taking. For certain medical conditions we will require written permission from your doctor to proceed. Please speak to our SPA team for more information.

Pregnancy
We are proud to offer also maternity treatments. Inform your therapist if you are pregnant to allow us to tailor your experience. Please note our pregnancy and safety policy: no treatments can be given in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Age policy
No one under the age of 14 is permitted in our SPA. Our treatments are specially tailored for adults; however, we do offer treatments to those aged 14-18 with parental consent.

Cancelation policy
A 100% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment or DAY SPA ritual not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to appointment.

Spa Etikette 
In order to preserve privacy and maintain the relaxing atmosphere for our SPA guests, it is not permitted to use mobile phones and other mobile devices in our areas. Photography is only permitted with consent and agreement.
